8 Camrys you didnt know existed

American division of Toyota has celebrated the sale of a 10th million Camry. Not every manufacturer gets to celebrate something like that, that’s why we prepared a series of unknown and unfamiliar Camrys you didn’t even know existed. How about Camry V10 of 1982? This is the first generation of Camry that had a factory index V10 and looked even worst its successor does today. So if you’re a Camry owner, stop complaining about your car. In 1995 a Camry XV10 Wagon appeared. Its main quality was comfort and reliability, and the great part about this model is that it also was practical, having a new body type and receiving lots of positive reviews from buyers and critics.

Camry XV10 Coupe is yet another vehicle that appeared in 1995. Many people forget about it today, but most of us have never even heard about it. Once again, it was very popular and made Toyota managers create another vehicle. Solara Concept of 1997 was the prototype of an affordable, almost sport GT. It was shown for the first time at Chicago Auto Salon in 1997 and first serial Solara became available two years later as a convertible.

Camry XV20 appeared in 1999. as always, it wasn’t that different from the predecessors, was comfortable, reliable, but very boring and most importantly – expensive. So it is pretty clear why it didn’t work out.  Camry XV30 is a 2002 vehicle, so some of you may remember it and others may even have it. It still stayed a big, once again reliable car that could drive in any road condition and was transformed in taxis and ambulances. Camry Rally Sportivo foolowed right after with a premiere in 2003. It became a rally car and was equipped with V6 engine and safety carcass. It came almost in the first 50s when it participated in the race.  Next we have Camry XV40 Hybrid that was released back in 2008. It was offered with just 2 engine options all over the world, but American market got a chance to see its hybrid too. Needless to say that it was not that popular back then as it is today.

What do you think about this vehicle?
