The Face lifted Toyota Camry Technologically Advanced and Stylishly Designed is now part of Russian Market
The Moscow Motor Show of 2014 witnessed unveiling of the face lifted Camry model by the brand Toyota. It has now officially become part of the Russian market and is ready to be sold at a price of 998,000 Rubles, this is Rs 13.12 lakh (Indian currency). The same updated model is slated for release in India earlier next year. This vehicle for the model year 2015, Toyota’s Camry carries several changes, especially in its exterior.
One of the major changes and which gives it a most smart and attractive look is the changed front bumper with larger air intakes. The redesigned bumper now has fog lamps surrounded by chrome slats. The front seems to have experienced heavy changes which are evident in the inclusion of newer headlamps, at the end of bonnet is a horizontal chrome slat and also present are daytime running lights. The elegance brought to this model is through its chrome finishing, the grille being embellished with chrome as well. The alloy wheels can be seen as sporting a different design pattern in addition to some minor changes and tweaks made in the rear. The rear tail lamps have now been chrome lined and the bumper seems to have an updated look as well.
The interiors bear minute alterations from the previous model, it now although has a three spoke multi function steering wheel. The general layout of dashboard remains same but instrument cluster has been redesigned. The engine options with which Camry will be made available in Russia amounts to three; these options being a 2, 2.5, and 3litre petrol mills. The Indian market on the other hand can choose only from the 2.5 litre petrol and 2.5litre hybrid variants. These options come with a 6-speed automatic gearbox, the hybrid variant whereas comes mated to a CVT transmission.
