Renault has decided to get rid of its old vehicle named Koleos. The company has revealed its plan that it is will soon begin to build a new a vehicle which will be 7 seater SUV, and it will also replace its older vehicle. The automaker has also disclosed that his new vehicle will be launched in around 2017. The Asian buyers who wish to see its Espace soon, will have to wait for a bit longer because the automaker has refused the soon arrival of the vehicle.
Proportion wise, this new seven-seater SUV will be such a vehicle which will pose middle position in the Espace and Kadjar which has been announced shortly. The vehicle will be based on the CMF platform of Renault-Nissan. However, the vehicle will be made as seven seater, yet it will intended for the off-road friendly vehicle, not for a soft roader. The design language and the styling of this vehicle are considered to be typical type.
According to the Laurens van den who is the chief designer of Renault, the new vehicle is not like a big Kadjar but it has much more than it. The new vehicle’s proportion has been designed differently to some extent, and the positioning of it has been made high end.
According to him, the vehicle is being developed to the different type of users. It is the vehicle which will sit below the Espace which he believes the flagship vehicle of the brand, at least for him, if not for all. The vehicle has also been told to be sportier than the Espace and younger as well. The Espace is not available in the Asia, and it is also told that it may take some more time to come to Asia. About the naming of this new seven-seater SUV, the automaker has not yet spoken any word.
