Review:
Renault Megan is a compact family-car, produced since the year 1995. The range of different versions of this model is a respond to mass-demand for budget family cars, which are able to tackle everyday needs of urban life. The model was offered as coupe, hatchback, convertible, and saloon. There were 3- and 5-door models available at the market. The cars, produced under the name Renault Megan, belong to C-class of cars.
The second generation of these cars was produced so as to replace possible drawbacks of its predecessor. The car has great handling options and is easy to pilot on twisty roads. Even the least powerful engines in the lineup boast decent parameters. 16V 1.6-liter engine is rather powerful, as well as DCI with 80-liter capacity of the engine. But probably the most powerful plant is installed on DCI: 1.9-liter engine is able to deliver 120 horsepower. It is a diesel engine, but it is coupled to six-speed manual transmission. Other petrol versions of the engine have their own advantages: 16V 1.6-liter engine fills the gap between the speed and the control of fuel consumption.

The latest versions of Renault Megan have redesigned suspension, which makes the ride tougher. Some other parameters were also revised so as to lessen the amount of noise, produced by the engine. As it was previously mentioned, the range of different versions of the body shell is really striking. And each version has its own dimensions of the body. But all the models are united by a comfortable interior.
The seating is ergonomic and cozy due to some equipment, which regulates the adjustment of it. It seems that the cabin of the car is not as spacious as it should be. This happens probably because of the colors used in the interior design. But there are versions which boast a transparent hatch on the roof. Due to it the cabin seems to be more spacious. As for the legroom, it is not sufficient for rear seats’ occupants. But cargo capacity is large: the trunk is welcome for any sorts of luggage.

As for the amenities, there is a lot of optional equipment, such as a Cd-changer or navigation system, though they are not included into standard specs.
The destiny of the car is rather evident: it is a desirable vehicle for family-men, who need a reliable helper in everyday life. The car boasts individuality of shape and form and it is very practical.
